Today’s event at the Festival of Europe is about social models; tomorrow’s one will focus on Europe and the environment. Photographs by artist photographer Kylie-Rose Douglas will be projected on this occasion; here are some previews (click for larger version):
Kylie-Rose Douglas is a professional photographer from Australia who runs a small gallery in Birmingham with her husband, Dan, who is a painter. Her table book called ‘Same Place, Different Face” was rfecently released in Australia. This was a three year project starting as a grant funded exhibition and short film project that investigated the changing cultural face of Melbourne seaside town ‘St Kilda’.
